SEO Audit Services
A full technical, on-page, and content audit, delivered as a prioritized fix list ranked by impact, not a 400-item report generated by a tool and left for you to sort out.
The problem this solves
Most businesses that come to us already suspect something's wrong. What usually gets sold as an "SEO audit" is a crawl tool's output dumped into a PDF: hundreds of flagged issues with no sense of which ones actually matter. That's not an audit. It's a symptom list, and a business can't act on 400 unranked items.
A real audit means a person going through crawl data, Search Console, and analytics together, and turning that into a short, defensible list of what to fix first and why. The tool output is the starting point, not the deliverable. Two sites can trip the exact same crawler warnings and need completely different fixes first, depending on which pages actually carry traffic and revenue, and a report with no traffic data behind it can't tell the difference.
What's included
- Full technical crawl: crawlability, indexation, site speed, Core Web Vitals, and structured data
- On-page review of priority pages: titles, headers, content structure, and internal linking
- Content and keyword gap analysis against real search demand
- Competitive visibility comparison for your target keywords
- A prioritized fix list ranked by estimated impact and effort, not just issue count
- A call or recorded walkthrough covering the findings, not just a document in your inbox
- A 90-day action roadmap
Our process
Data collection
We crawl the site, get read access to Search Console and analytics, and review current rankings against competitors.
Analysis
We go through technical, on-page, and content findings together, cross-referenced against real traffic and ranking data, not just a list of every tool warning.
Prioritization
We rank findings by estimated impact and implementation effort, separating quick wins from bigger structural fixes.
Delivery and walkthrough
We deliver the findings as a document plus a call or recording walking through what matters most and why.
What you can expect
You'll get a written report and a walkthrough call within the timeline above. The audit itself doesn't move rankings. It's diagnostic, not the fix. Its value depends entirely on whether the findings get implemented, either by your team or through an ongoing engagement with us.
We don't guarantee that acting on every finding produces a specific ranking outcome. What we commit to is a list you can actually prioritize against, with our honest read on what will move the needle and what's a lower-priority cleanup item.
Who this fits
- Businesses evaluating whether to invest in ongoing SEO and want an unbiased technical read first
- Businesses whose previous agency relationship ended and want a second opinion
- In-house teams who want a prioritized punch list rather than ongoing outside management
Who this doesn't fit
- Sites with a recent, comprehensive audit already sitting unimplemented (you need execution, not another audit)
- Brand-new sites with little content or traffic yet, where a content plan matters more than an audit
SEO audits: frequently asked questions
How is this different from your free SEO audit?
The free version is a lighter review focused on whether there's a fit and a few quick findings. A full SEO audit goes deeper: a complete technical crawl, content gap analysis, competitive comparison, and a full prioritized 90-day roadmap.
What tools do you use?
Crawlers like Screaming Frog and Sitebulb, Google Search Console, GA4, and a keyword research tool. The tools aren't the deliverable. The analysis and prioritization on top of what they output is.
Will you tell us if we don't actually need ongoing SEO help?
Yes. If the audit turns up a short list of fixes your team can implement without us, we'll say so directly rather than manufacturing a reason to keep working together.
Do you implement the fixes, or just report on them?
Either. We can hand off the roadmap for your team to execute, or continue as an ongoing technical and on-page engagement. That's a decision for after you've seen the findings, not before.
How long does an audit take?
About 1 to 2 weeks for a standard business site, longer for large e-commerce catalogs or sites with more than a few thousand URLs.
