Email Marketing Services
Lifecycle flows and campaign email that turn one-time organic and paid traffic into repeat revenue, with deliverability treated as a first-class concern, not an afterthought.
The problem this solves
Most businesses treat email as an afterthought: a monthly newsletter blasted to the whole list with no segmentation and no automation, while a new signup, an abandoned cart, or a recent purchase all get exactly the same generic message, or nothing at all.
Deliverability usually gets ignored until it's already a problem. Sending to an entire list regardless of engagement quietly trains inbox providers to treat your domain as spam, and by the time open rates have visibly cratered, rebuilding sender reputation takes real time. Fixing this after the fact is always harder than not breaking it in the first place.
What's included
- List health and deliverability audit: authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), sender reputation, and engagement segmentation
- Lifecycle flow builds: welcome series, abandoned cart or browse, post-purchase, and win-back
- Campaign email planning and copywriting, coordinated with content marketing output
- Segmentation strategy so sends go to people actually likely to engage, not the whole list every time
- A/B testing for subject lines, send times, and content, tracked to statistical significance
- Reporting tied to revenue per email and per flow, not just open rate
Our process
Deliverability and list audit
We check authentication records, sender reputation, and list health before sending anything new, since a damaged sender reputation undermines every campaign that follows.
Flow and segmentation strategy
We map which lifecycle flows matter most for your business and how the list should be segmented, so sends match actual behavior and intent.
Build and launch
We build flows and campaign templates, test rendering across email clients, and launch with monitoring in place.
Test and optimize
Ongoing A/B testing and reporting tied to revenue per send, not vanity open rates.
What you can expect
Deliverability fixes, authentication and list cleaning, typically show measurable improvement in inbox placement within a few weeks. Lifecycle flow revenue builds more gradually, compounding over months as more contacts pass through each flow. Campaign results come back within days of a send, but need several sends before a reliable baseline exists.
We don't guarantee a specific open or click rate. Those depend heavily on list quality, existing sender reputation, and your industry, none of which any agency fully controls. What we commit to is sending discipline that protects deliverability and reporting tied to actual revenue, not vanity metrics.
Who this fits
- Businesses with an existing list or steady signups but no real lifecycle automation
- Businesses whose email currently underperforms due to deliverability issues
- Businesses running content or social already who need a channel to distribute it and drive repeat revenue
Who this doesn't fit
- Businesses with no list and no plan to build one; email marketing needs real subscribers to work
- Businesses wanting to buy or import a purchased list, since we won't do that under any circumstance

Email marketing: frequently asked questions
Do you write the emails, or just set up the automation?
Both. Copywriting stays in-house, in the same brand voice as the rest of your content, rather than automation built around placeholder text.
Can you fix deliverability if we're already landing in spam?
Often, yes. Authentication fixes, list cleaning, and engagement-based sending can rebuild sender reputation over a few weeks. Severely damaged domains sometimes need longer, or in extreme cases a new sending domain, and we'll tell you honestly which situation you're in.
Will you buy or import an email list for us?
No. Purchased or rented lists violate most email platforms' terms of service and wreck deliverability for your real subscribers. We build and grow from genuine opt-ins only.
What email platform do you work with?
It depends on what fits your business: Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and others each make sense in different situations. We work with what you're already on or recommend a platform based on your needs, not a fixed default.
How is this different from your content marketing service?
Content marketing plans and produces the material. Email marketing is one of the channels that material gets distributed through, plus the lifecycle automation layer, welcome series, cart abandonment, win-back, that's specific to email and doesn't overlap with content planning.
